MRE Concentric under reaming drilling system is designed for unstable ground conditions. In the process of drilling, it could carry down the casing pipe to the hole to protect wall to achieve drilling work. At clockwise condition, eccentric part expanded to bring the casing tube into hole. After finished, eccentric bit closed anticlockwise and then can be lift up by the drilling machine. This type is especially suitable for diameter 114-273mm.
In horizontal drilling, the friction between the soil and the casing may become very important, and the Symmetric enhanced drill bit is designed to resist wear under these conditions. The goal of these systems is to lead in drilling, with cutting rings being recycled for reuse. They can also be used for vertical drilling of deep holes, and circular cutting without the need for inner diameter is important.
