Function of DTH Hammers:

DTH hammers operate on a simple yet powerful principle. Compressed air is used to drive a piston inside the hammer body, which strikes the drill bit at the bottom of the hole. This impact breaks the rock formation, allowing the drill bit to advance further into the subsurface. The cuttings are then flushed out of the hole by air or water.
