Product Description

Rock drilling tools factory KINGDRILLING professionally produce Ring wing bit concentric drilling systems by down the hole hammer which are designed to drill and case a hole simultaneously through unstable ground conditions. A driver bit and a ring are assembled to a complete RING system bit which is suitable for 114-1067mm diameter casing tube.

Function of Overburden Casing Drilling System:

The Overburden Casing Drilling system functions by integrating casing advancement with the drilling process to create a stable borehole in challenging ground conditions. The key steps involved in the functioning of an OCD system include:

1. Preparation: The casing string is assembled with the drill bit and other necessary tools before lowering into the borehole.

2. Drilling and Casing Advancement: The drill bit attached to the casing string penetrates the ground while the casing is simultaneously advanced to support the borehole walls.

3. Reaming: Reaming tools may be used to enlarge the hole diameter, allowing for easier casing insertion and improving hole stability.

4. Cuttings Removal: Reverse circulation techniques or other methods are employed to remove cuttings from the borehole, ensuring smooth drilling progress.

5. Casing Installation: The casing is driven to the desired depth, providing structural support to the borehole and preventing collapses in unconsolidated formations.
