Product Description

Rock drilling tools factory KINGDRILLING professionally produce Ring wing bit concentric drilling systems by down the hole hammer which are designed to drill and case a hole simultaneously through unstable ground conditions. A driver bit and a ring are assembled to a complete RING system bit which is suitable for 114-1067mm diameter casing tube.

Function of Overburden Casing Drilling Systems:

Overburden casing drilling systems function by combining drilling and casing installation operations into a single step. The process typically involves the following steps:

1. Initial Casing Installation: The outer casing is advanced into the ground using specialized equipment, such as eccentric bits or underreamers, to overcome overburden formations.

2. Simultaneous Drilling: While the casing is being installed, drilling operations are conducted through the inner drill string to advance the borehole.

3. Casing Advancement: As drilling progresses, the casing is advanced simultaneously to maintain the stability of the borehole and prevent collapse.

4. Reaming (If Required): In cases where reaming is necessary to enlarge the borehole diameter, the system can be equipped with reaming tools to achieve the desired hole size.

5. Completion and Cementing: Once the desired depth is reached, the final casing is installed, and cementing operations may be carried out to secure the casing in place.
